The Civil Justice Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which consists of members of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), and consumer activists. Trustees are appointed by the AAJ (formerly ATLA) President, the AAJ (formerly ATLA) Board of Governors, and the Civil Justice Foundation Board of Trustees.
