The Civil Justice Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which consists of attorneys and consumer activists. Trustees are appointed by the AAJ (formerly ATLA) President, the AAJ (formerly ATLA) Board of Governors, and the majority by the Civil Justice Foundation Board of Trustees.
